What the SSD2386 AI Embedded Board is for

The SSD2386 platform answers a request we hear constantly: the panel already faces the operator, so why add a second box just to run a camera model?

With four Cortex-A55 cores, an integrated NPU and two ISP-backed MIPI CSI inputs, this board renders a 1080p operator interface and runs face recognition, presence detection or a lightweight inspection model at the same time — inside the same enclosure, on the same power supply.

It ships with a working demo pipeline so your team can measure real inference latency on day one instead of budgeting three weeks for board bring-up.

    Roughly 1 TOPS of INT8 throughput handles MobileNet-class detection and classification at 30 fps while the UI stays responsive.
